Overall, we always stay at Worldmark Las Vegas Blvd or Tropicana and NEVER had these issues. Finally, the entire floor had a bad smell the entire time we stayed there, like a musty, moldy smell. Started to look really ghetto when you enter and exit our building.
To the point, cans and trash started falling to the ground. Another thing we noticed, we stayed at the unit for 3 days and noticed the trash on the entrance of the building wasn't getting changed and started to overflow with trash. Since, we had an extra unit next door, we just used the coffee machine from the other kitchen. She called back around 11:30am to follow up and all they said was, 'We'll look into it.' No one showed up, called back or left a message about the issue. Also, the coffee machine wasn't powering up, so my wife called around 8:30am to get a new one, but no one showed up. Obviously wasn't changed and someone thought we wouldn't notice or use it. Worse, the extra pillows had old hairs on it. The towels were dirty, the bed had lint and dust all over it and the backup sheets had stains on it. The room looks great when you first see it, but then the little stuff started showing up. We are 20 year Worldmark members and used Grandview as a backup for a Christmas / New Year trip.
